Wow, now I am trully happy, I was talking with a high school admisitrator today, and he kept asking what is it that WordPress can deliver better than his current system with educationalnetworks.net. I was telling him about the easy publishing, the plugins, the real control over every pixel in the front end side, the possiblities with multi blog publishing. Well now I can say look it has won the 2009 Open Source CMS Awards, so stop badgering me and let me make you a site. Congrats Matt and everyone at Automattic, and all WordPress users and developers, all of your people, including myself, hehe.

  1. Kai says:

haha, of course, educationalnetworks runs using JAVA and they make their own personal code, how can they compete with the thousands of people making wordpress better?

  2. admin says:

they can’t, and they don’t make their system better, the school fork out four thousand dollars a year for a system that seldom changes or improves, they could compete by copying GPL code lol, they don’t even do that
